My first days in England

hi guys!
Park in London
So last saturday I arrived in London where I met some friends and spent the night before continuing my travel to Bournemouth.

I had the interesting experience of going into this Irish pub, owned obviously by this typical irish guy! And then I tried to ask for a drink. I understood that I should not have asked "do you have coffee" but rather "do you serve coffe", but anyway he didn't! So i asked for a beer, and then came the trouble. the guy made a very long question with his irish accent and the only word I could get was "foster", so i decided to take Foster to make it simple. The good thing is that everyone doesn't have this accent. So for the typical English accent I can manage to understand.
On sunday I was on the train to Bournemouth. I was to get the key for my room from the neighbour, since my housemate was actually doing the London marathon. Then before my housemate comes back I could visit the city and got information on how to get to the airport (where I should go almost everyday to have my flight training).

A normal guy in Bournemouth ;)

It was really interesting to see the population here. One of the things that strokes me most was the fact that people really have their own dressing style, without trying to look like others like they do in Paris. I mean there is different styles in Paris, but still it appears to be exceptions. By the way I put a picture here of a typical English man ;).

Later in the afternoon I met the french flying students team. Like for my ATPL theorical lesson in Montpellier, they all have very different ages and profiles.
And at last in the evening I finally met my housemate. Interesting easy going guy who is both a running junky and a bookworm.

I think I will appreciate my stay here. just need some time to adapt and get around it.
Tomorrow I go to the school for my first day.

Thanks for reading.
